Here is a transcription by Ron Jackson. Samuel was born July 13, 1844 in Manchester, Lancashire, England and died on May 3, 1919, at St. George, Utah. The last column under "Card of Thanks" reads: "To all those kind friends who helped us by their presence, sympathy and kindly acts in our recent bereavement, we desire to extend most sincere thanks. Martha Jackson, Samuel Jackson, Jr., Myra Adams." |
